DINA is a singer-songwriter, musician and producer based in the UK. She uses a variety of instruments to layer her performances using a loop pedal to create a unique sound. Her musical influences range from Imogen Heap to Ludovico Einaudi, Justin Timberlake and Timbaland, whilst her songwriting style is inspired by the story-telling nature of rap, hip-hop and spoken-word genres. Although her music is undefined by any single genre, her lyrical prose and narrative style is what ties her music together. DINA is currently producing her debut EP "A Delusional Mind" which embodies the love, loss and personal struggles that we all face - inspired by true events, conversations, societal observations and frustrations - she strives to create a dialogue around noteworthy moments in the hopes of helping others. She regularly collaborates with Siji – a talented musician based in Nigeria, who composes film music. Together, they create poetic ballads as well as reggae beats. They have been working together over the past two years after crossing paths in Canada, and continue to produce distinctive yet soulful music.
